UnRoped (“the Store”) aims to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges may be accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:
- Items that arrived damaged or defective
- Incorrect items delivered
- Apparel or art items with clear manufacturing defects
To qualify, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery
2. Conditions Not Eligible for Refund
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Items used, worn, washed, or altered
- Items damaged by customers
- Made-to-order or customized items
- Minor differences in color or texture due to display or handmade nature
3. Return Process
To request a return, please:
1. Contact us with your order number and issue details
2. Wait for our approval before shipping any items
3. Ship the item to the address provided
Return shipping costs:
- If the issue is our responsibility (defects, wrong items): We cover the cost.
- If the customer chooses to return for personal reasons: Customer pays.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund timing:
- Processing begins after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Processing time: typically 3–10 business days
5. Exchanges
Exchanges may be accepted only if the requested item is in stock.
For sold-out items, a refund will be offered instead.
6. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital items
